KineAI is not a medical provider and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, or medical condition. You are responsible for deciding whether any workout, stretch, or recommendation is appropriate for you.

If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any concerning symptoms, stop immediately and seek professional medical advice.

KineAI Pro is offered at $9.95 per 4-week billing period. If you enroll in a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges of that amount until you cancel.

• Subscriptions may renew automatically every 4 weeks unless canceled before renewal.
• You may cancel at any time to stop future billing cycles.
• Pricing may change in the future, but changes will not apply retroactively.

Refunds may be denied where abuse, repeated refund requests, chargeback misuse, or fraud is suspected.

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute the service except as allowed by law; or
• misrepresent your identity or submit false information.

KineAI, including its software, design, branding, text, and other content, is owned by or licensed to KineAI and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the service does not transfer ownership rights to you.

We may suspend or terminate access to KineAI if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we need to comply with legal requirements.

KineAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or medically suitable service for every user or circumstance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KineAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
